A three hour session integrating the teachings of sister sciences Yoga and Ayurveda, with health supporting Ayurvedic snacks.
These twin sciences were traditionally practiced together as a preventative approach to gain and then maintain health in body, mind and soul.
PRESENTATION
· An assessment of your wellbeing condition with the Doshic system, unique to Ayurveda
· Dive into the foundations of the right diet for your type, the personalised approach
· Learn how improving our digestion is the key component to the importance of gut health
· Delve into detoxification which maybe the missing key to obtaining your true vitality
Using the information from the presentation you will learn how to apply these principles to your yoga practice in an accessible, extended, yoga class. We will explore different ways of practcing yoga so you can find the approach that works best for your body from an Ayurvedic viewpoint. Fundamental will be how we can aid our nervous system, which in turn affects our ability to digest nutrients, so we can thrive.
