This 30-day programme is totally bespoke to you with one-to-one support. The programme uses the foundational principles and techniques from the 5-day programme. Committing to a longer but manageable period of a month really lays the foundation for long-term lifestyle changes that bring about enhanced health and wellbeing. Gentle and effective, the programme begins with practicable detoxing techniques and then builds to address diet and lifestyle habits which are holding you back and replacing them with new habits that will uplevel your wellbeing.
You can start with the 5-day detox plan or dive straight in on the 30-day programme which begins with the 5-day detox extended to 7 days. This gives the body time to clean house and get ready for the introduction to a new way of eating based on your imbalances. These are assessed with a one-to-one consultation using pulse and tongue traditional diagnostics at the beginning and end of the programme. Knowing that I am on hand to guide and support you takes away a lot of the uncertainty that can surface with making changes to diet and lifestyle.

We work together to find solutions that will work for your world using a simple step-by-step approach that addresses you as a whole. We assess health around the holistic Ayurvedic principles of toxicity levels, vitality, daily routines, emotional and mental wellbeing, and life satisfaction. The way to a life of more vitality can come from many different directions and the plan will use a combination of diet and nutritional recommendations, herbal supplementation, movement and breath techniques, body therapies and lifestyle changes. Working one-to-one means the plan can be adjusted as we go and can reflect your current circumstances.
WHAT’S TOXICITY AND HOW DO I GET RID OF IT?
Excess toxicity starts in the gut and an imbalance of your biological energy formula. According to Ayurveda, undigested foods and emotions become lodged in your body and mind. These blocks form in your tissues, blocking the free flow of vital nutrients and impeding the flow of metabolic waste products.
HOW CAN THIS PLAN HELP WITH MY UNEXPLAINED NIGGLES?
The gentle Traditional Detox Therapy used in the plan starts to move this toxicity from the tissues via the gut. When you are ready but only two clients are taken on per month.
Ideally you would start to remove caffeine and excess sugar from the diet two to three days before starting the 7-day detox part of the programme.
All the plan contents are yours to keep and use at any time. You have up to 4 weeks to begin the plan.
The recipes are simple, but basic cooking knowledge is needed as fresh food is a very important part of the renew process.
