Yoga is there for you not the other way round! A sound piece of advice given to me by one of my esteemed teachers. This is my ethos in teaching classes that empower you to be guided by the needs of your body and mind on any given day.
My classes incorporate accessible slow postures that help rebalance the spine and nervous system whilst building flexibility and strength.
Breathing techniques to enhance energy, and mindfulness to settle busy minds are the foundation of my classes. Ayurveda is woven into its sister science of yoga helping bring a more personalised approach to your yoga practice that helps to address health and wellbeing concerns.
I currently teach at private members clubs The Warwickshire in Leek Wooton and at David Lloyd Coventry. I also provide one to one or small group sessions by appointment in the Warwickshire, Leicestershire and Stamford areas where I have Ayurvedic clinics or on line.
