This is a Friendly, welcoming, environment for different levels including beginners. Equipment is provided but you are welcome to bring your own mat
Sessions are within a small private group, limited to six with supportive, accessible adapted teaching
I offer a unique approach using the ancient sister science to yoga called ayurveda, this will enhance the wellness benefits of your practice for improved resilience and longevity.
Breath therapy techniques will add to the practice helping calm or stimulate the body as needed
Each session will address how to tailor a practice for personalisation for your unique body, whilst in a group setting
The yoga is accessible and slow to allow for correct alignment to improve the strength, tone and flexibility of the body
The sessions will be practiced slowly to increase our ability for mindfulness leading to a more meditative state a known technique for dealing with stress
We will incorporate self-massage of acupressure points, similar to the acupuncture points of TCM, to soothe or stimulate the organs and systems of the body-mind matrix for all round therapeutics
